Our group is characterised by the meticulous selection of raw materials for the in-house production of polyethylene EVOH barrier films in up to 7 layers, used for the internal component of packaging for sausages and cured meats. This advanced multi-layer coextrusion technology (up to 7 layers), combined with the availability of modern solvent lamination systems, allows us to supply films with technical characteristics in terms of sealability, slip, WTR, OTR, oil and grease (MOSH and MOHA) barriers, which satisfy the specific requirements of each product and packaging system. Our systems print up to 10 colours in rotogravure and guarantee excellent colour quality, Pantone colour fidelity and offer the possibility to obtain gloss-matt and paper touch effects through the application of waxes and lacquers.
